Mechanical Engineer with 16+ years leading wire harness design for Boeing, Bombardier, Honda and eVTOL programs. From ICD and wire sizing to 3D routing, drawings, work instructions and ATP — concept through released production data.
I've spent my career on every side of the harness — designing it in CAD, building it with my own hands, writing the work instructions to install it, and testing it on the aircraft before handoff to flight test.
Today I design flight-critical harnesses for an eVTOL aircraft to AS50881, AC 43.13-1B Ch. 11 and ASTM F2639. Along the way I kept hitting the same slow, manual checks — so I started building software tools to automate them: auditing ICDs against wiring diagrams, comparing drawing revisions, sizing wire bundles and generating test plans.
I'm looking for a role where deep EWIS expertise and a builder's mindset both count.

Own flight-critical harness design from ICD to released production data, and support the aircraft through integration and test.
Designed automotive harnesses from feasibility and cost studies through supplier design and final drawing approval.
Found cost reductions in existing products using VAVE, DFM and DFA, with a business case for €300K in potential savings.
€300K savings caseTen years across harness design, flight-test design and manufacturing engineering on Boeing and Bombardier programs.
Managed SAP BOMs and work order documentation for drilling rigs, and designed mast and pillar assemblies for the ITH 60 rig.
Wire harness, EWIS, or electrical integration roles in the SF Bay Area. Happy to walk through any of the tools above.
